Our club has implemented a new court online booking system through iSquash.  

To use the club's courts, you MUST use the online booking system to book your game.     

This is part of our clubs' Safety Plan, and is a vital way to keep a record of who is accessing the club.   With the importance of contact tracing, the online booking system is mandatory.  If you do not have access to a computer or a smart phone, you can book at the kiosk in the entrance of the Club.   To access iSquash use this link:  https://www.squash.org.nz/sit/homepage

Booking your game online

• You will need your iSquash username and password
• To book a court, you need yourself and another member of the Henderson Squash club to complete booking
• If you are playing Doubles, please record the other opponents in the notes section
• Note: Booking are for 45 minutes only

Before Game

• Arrive 15-30 minutes earlier than your booking (to get changed, warm up, etc)
• Ensure you sign the register at the front of the club (this is an extra measure to support our contact tracing)
• Use your key, and your opponents key to turn the lights on for the 45min booking
• Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before your game, and make sure your hands are thoroughly dry

During the Game

• Practice good personal hygiene
• If you must cough or sneeze do so into your elbow
• Avoid personal contact
• Do NOT wipe your hands/arms on the court walls
• Do NOT share towels or drink bottles 

After the Game

• You must vacate the court once your booking is over
• You will not be able to continue your match, if there is another booking directly after yours
• Racket bump or foot tap instead of shaking hands
• Use the disinfectant and paper towels/cloths provided to wipe door handles & other equipment 

If you cannot make your booking, it is important to cancel your booking on iSquash as soon as possible, so other members can use the time slot.

There will no doubt be some teething issues as we get use to this new system, but please bear with us.  Remember to stay home if you feel unwell and cancel the game if required.
