Club Administrator Role

Our club is on the hunt for a vibrant, energized, competent person to oversee and manage our member services, facilities, operational duties, and club administrative activities with support from our club committee.


Henderson Squash Club is one of the largest squash clubs in New Zealand.  Our family friendly club is a not-for-profit community organisation which provides over 300 members sporting and social facilities in return for which they pay membership subscriptions.   We are sadly farewelling our current administrator and need to find another superstar!

This exciting opportunity is ideally suitable for a flexible, experienced administrator with fantastic written/verbal communication skills and a can-do attitude! 


What you’ll bring to the role

  • Experience as an office or administration manager
  • Attention to detail, self-direction and a desire to complete tasks efficiently
  • Exceptional organisation skills and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, a strong work ethic and a positive team-player attitude
  • Flexibility in working hours – to accommodate requirements around major club events, and varying work flows
  • Experience in website updating/social media an advantage
  • Experience in Xero or similar system is essential
  • Knowledge of Hello Club system would be desirable

Position start date – December 2021.

This role is 30 hours per week. Some late nights and Saturday work may be required.
